Deposits

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 40bd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 40bd specifically disclaims all liability in the following circumstances:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including mobile network outages, banking system downtime, or internet service provider issues beyond 40bd's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of the player's own decision to place a bet or wager, including losses during technical malfunctions that have been disclosed to the player.
• Account access issues resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure credentials or from the player sharing their login details with third parties.
